Democrat Voters

Doing what they do best. Violence and Agitation

  1. What's that thing about reaping what you sow?

    Think about it hypocrites.

Having said the above, HRC and Sanders should both loudly and unequivocally denounce violence when protesting.

    3. Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in this law doth he meditate day and night.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

  3. The other day while surfing the channels I stumbled upon MSNBC and thought they were doing a story about the gorilla killed at the zoo. MSNBC had a panel of people and what I thought was a silverback gorilla who turned out to be a human named Joy Reed. Now I surely don't want to be called a racist but my confusing Ms.Reed with a silverback gorilla was an honest error.
I should say Ms.Reed had her sizeable lips covered in a purple color that I thought must have consumed at least a half a tube of lipstick to cover that sizeable area.

  4. While on the subject of Ms.Reeds lips I should bring up the sad fact that MSNBC frequent contributor, a fellow named Korn who obviously suffered some sort of horrific accident that resulted in the removal of his lips......wouldn't it be great if a doctor could take some of Joy reeds lips and give them to this Korn guy.

HOWEVER, my opinion of "Democratic Voters" was formed decades ago, and has only solidified with the passage of time.

Democrats generally tend to fall into two distinct groups or classes:

    1. Rich or prosperous individuals who are either ridden with misplaced GUILT over their good fortune, OR have an overmastering desire to use their advantages to exert despotic Power and Control over the masses for whom they publicly profess great empathy and concern, while cynically regarding these Victim Classes with scorn and withering contempt.

    2. The Have-Nots driven by Envy, Anger, Malice, Spite, Resentment, and Lust for Vengeance, exploited and greatly exacerbated by Marxist-Collectivist ideology.

The machinations of leftist activists have fueled a deep and abiding conviction that "The RIch" are responsible for the wretched conditions under which the Have-Nots –– both here and all over the world –– are "forced" to live resulting in feelings that clamorous dissent and violent protest are not only "justified," but NECESSARY.

This hideously destructive dualistic mentality is, of course, the absolute antithesis of everything we Christians have been urged live by in the Ten Commandments, the words of the great biblical prophets, and the Life of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ as illustrated in the Four Gospels and many of the writing of St. Paul.

  13. About 15 years ago, and before Obama all people, black and white, were given the same opportunity to succeed in life. Well, that is no longer true. Being black now seem to hold an advantage when it comes to getting jobs and promotions, as well as other certain benefits in society.
Things have made a 180 degree turn now and since Obama... No it's the white guy who is sitting in the back of the bus. Who is beaten up for no other reason other that the fact that he or she is White!
How many white people have been denied a job, a promotion, or acceptance into college because that position was filled by a black person. Now, all things being equal, and the black person gets selected, would still be unfair. But now, we see MUCH MORE qualified white people passed over so that Affirmative Action can intervene and select blacks solely based on the color of their skin.

How is a white person supposed to feel when they are the better more logical choice, have more education, more qualifications, more experience and so on, when they have been passed over and their job has been given to someone less qualified, but black.

    This build resentment.

America is so desperate for blacks to succeed that all blacks now have to do is simply apply and they get the job…the promotion..that seat in college, regardless if someone else worked harder .

    4. Bill Clinton Bagged $16.46 Million from a For-Profit College as State Dept. Funneled $55 Million Back...

Chancellor Bill Clinton of Laureate Education

“Laureate has stirred controversy throughout Latin America, where it derives two-thirds of its revenue.” During Bill Clinton’s tenure as Laureate’s chancellor, the school spent over $200 million a year on aggressive telemarketing, flashy Internet banner ads, and billboards designed to lure often unprepared students from impoverished countries to enroll in its for-profit classes. The goal: get as many students, regardless of skill level, signed up and paying tuition.

“I meet people all the time who transfer here when they flunk out elsewhere,” agronomy student Arturo Bisono, 25, told the Post. “This has become the place you go when no one else will accept you.”

  15. A LETTER FROM MY CONGRESSMAN

Another week, another Fifth Amendment plea by an Obama Administration official.

Bryan Pagliano, the State Department staffer who managed Hillary Clinton’s private email system, just announced he will invoke the Fifth and refuse to answer questions in the matter.

He joins a long list of the men and women working in the Obama administration who, instead of telling the truth, refused to testify under oath. It’s hard to believe, but in just the last few years, these senior officials have taken the Fifth when investigated by Congress:

    • Disgraced Internal Revenue Service bureaucrat Lois Lerner, questioned about the agency’s targeting of conservative groups.

    • Patrick Cunningham, the chief of the criminal division of the U.S. attorney’s office in Arizona, questioned in the Fast and Furious scandal that sent more than 2,000 guns across the border to Mexican drug cartels.

    • Greg Rosemen, another senior IRS official, investigated for awarding a $500 million contract – the largest in the agency’s history – to a company owned by a close friend.

    • VA official John Sepulveda, investigated for spending more than $6 million on two conferences that included spa treatments and helicopter rides for attendees.

    • General Services Administration official Jeff Neely, questioned about a 2010 government conference in Las Vegas that cost taxpayers more than $800,000.

It seems like a culture of deception has taken hold in the executive branch under President Obama.

Government employees are paid by you, and should be accountable to taxpayers!

Although these individuals have tried to stonewall the courts and Congress, I will continue fighting to hold officials accountable.

Please let me know what you think.

  19. In a democratic republic, or if you prefer representative democracy the government is us. For it is from the majority vote of the people that leaders determined. It if from the ddemocratically elected leaders that laws governing our "civil" society are legislated.

Our constitution established the framework for our rule of law. It also provides protections against tyranny of majority rule. However, nowhere does it suggest tyranny by the minority is acceptable.

Taking Rand's statement and limiting it to criminality her statement is rational and valid. In fact our government has criminalized some human behavior that seems nonsensical.

Society requires order and structure or else it will lapse into anarchy and chaos ie: mob rule. Something Ayn Rand clearly did not support. Which is why she rejected libertarianism.

But don’t politicize his death by Blaming Republicans for “Hating Muslims”! And instead why not praise, and thank ALL of our Vets that DID go to Vietnam and fight for our country!
You can still Americans be proud of him . But please do not use his death for your campaign advantage.
Muhammad Ali's was a champion fighter inside the boxing ring and who refused to fight for America. I do think that in his later years he changes and “Grew Up’. And I do think that he loved this country, I have no doubts about that.. Save your heroic praise for our troops who did serve our country. Yes, going to war is a hard pill to swallow but truth be told, 1000's of men did what our country asked, no matter if they liked it or not. That’s what we do. Just because All of America admired his great boxing skills, I wouldn’t say that he had “incredible courage”. Many of Americans opposed to the war in Vietnam. But they went and did what our country asked of them.
That to me was incredibly courageous. His views did not make him a hero.
This is not about your socialist agenda, this is about a man that was a greater boxer and yes, he should be respected for it, as for his personal life. only God will be his judge. REST IN PEACE MUHAMMAD ALI

It is my firm believe that we do not have –– and should not try to invent -- reasons for violating the underlying moral and intellectual principles that formed the basis of our Constitution –– or the SPIRIT that inspired it .

"It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights: that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotism – free government is founded on jealousy, and not in confidence which prescribes limited constitutions . . . In questions of power then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him from mischief by the chains of the Constitution."

    2. With all due respect sir I "hang out" with very few. I prefer to remain independent of influences that I consider corrupting. You can choose to agree or disagree but corrupting influences are plentiful in both the left and right camp.

I have admired Jefferson and Madison for years. Perhaps Madison even more than Jefferson. I also have respect for Rand's individuality and her attempt to personify Aristotelian logic and reason in the modern era. She was successful in some ways and failed in others.

Principles are bedrock to any successful political and governing philosophy. However, society and the changing requirements of its people are not made of bedrock. Therefore principles need to be flexible enough to whether change successfully. Our Constitution allows for that. Without changing the basic framework on which our Great Nation State was founded.

What's the difference between "beneficial" regulations and "harmful" ones? And since economies have no regulatory jurisidction outside of the "nation state", whose interests should market regulations serve?

    3. Competition.

      As opposed to monopolies.

Properly regulated markets are free markets when they create maximum competition. Which drives innovation and drives prices downward.

The ideal environment for capitalism would be to eliminate variable costs (ie labor). AI will accomplish this eventually. A real game changer with yuuuuge implications or society.

      Delete
    4. lol! "Maximum" competition would arise from an wholly unregulated market. Government represents a monopoly upon the use of "force" in order to ensure that a "maximum" of competition (a bellum omni contra omnes) NEVER materializes itself.

Eliminating "labor" removes humans entirely from the economic equation. At THAT point, capitalism (and humanity) no longer serves ANY useful function.

Flying men guarding the nation's border,

  33. Yes there is no doubt about it, Muhammad Ali was one hell of a boxer, but he DID refuse to serve for the United States NOMATTER HOW MUCH THEY TRY TO SUGAR-COAT IT.. so for thAT reasons, I can not look upon him as a “Hero”.. A great Boxer? No question about that. A legendary boxer, Yes Indeed, but a “Hero”, I’m not so sure about that. And yes in his later years he could be looked at a being a very good American
Maybe Muhammad Ali was a conscientious objector, maybe he was totally against the war in Vietnam, but so was nearly everyone that went to Vietnam, as were their families and loved ones. And lets face it Ali would have never seen any sort of of combat, or fighting, and no killing whatsoever he would have been a man who entertained the troops as many of the celebrities were. , he would have put on exhibitions in the Boxing Ring and he would have been praised for doing so. So refusing to go did not make him a “Hero” in my book, or in my eyes. And in my eyes he was legendary. But I DO recognize him as one of the best in his field and a gentleman, and my God Rest his soul. Rest in Peace Muhammad Ali.

  34. So was Ali a brave hero for stepping into the ring with guys like Sonny Liston, George Foreman, and the rest of them? Sure! Was he courageous while others risked their lives and many of them died in the process?

Many may have call him a hero for that. But some do not, and I am one of the later.
Other boxers like the great Joe Louis and Sugar Ray Robinson went when their country called them they didn’t ask any questions they just went just like thousands of other men did.
But the “mighty” champion of the world said his faith wouldn’t allow him to take part in violence. Really? Well what would you call beating another man half to death in the Boxing Ring?

Ali said “My conscience won’t let me go shoot my brother, or some darker people, or some poor hungry people in the mud for big powerful America” To me that sounds more like a racist comment than a religious one.

    It's all so grand

It's easy to see you don't need a palace
Or a trip to Wonderland to feel like Alice
Back in Ohio where I come from
I've done a lot of dreamin' and I've travelled some

But I never thought I'd see the day
When I ever took a ride on the Santa Fe

I would lean across my window sill
And hear the whistle echoin' across the hill
Then I'd watch the train lights fade away
On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe
What a thrill (what a great big wonderful thrill)

With the wheels a-singin' "westward ho"
Right from the day I heard them start
'Cross the Kansas plains from New Mexico
I guess I've got a little gypsy in my heart

When I'm old and grey and settled down
If I ever get a chance to sneak away from town
Then I'll spend my busman's holiday
On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe

All aboard! (we came across the country lickety-split)
    (Rollin' ninety miles an hour)
    I can't believe I'm here at last
    Woo-oo-ooo!

(When you go travellin', it's best for you
To take the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe!)
I can't believe that anything could go so fast
Then you pull that throttle, whistle blows

A-huffin' and a-puffin' and away she goes
    All aboard for Califor-ni-a
On the Atchison (on the Atchison)
On the Atchison, Topeka (on the Atchison, Topeka)

On the Atchison, Topeka (on the Atchison, Topeka)
On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe!

  40. REVENONS AU NOS MOUTONS:

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the video, because my Flash Player has cut me off again without so much as a fond farewell. ):-c

This hideously destructive dualistic mentality is, of course, the absolute antithesis of everything we Christians have been urged live by in the Ten Commandments, the words of the great biblical prophets, and the Life of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ as illustrated in the Four Gospels and many of the writings of St. Paul.

  41. Where was the outrage when the four men were killed in Benghazi? One responsible is running for president, one is president. These men gave their lives, we gave them nothing. Everyone should watch 13 HOURS TO GET A WAKE UP .
Obama and Hillary, both lied and still covering up their crimes in not sending help to save these men. Both are not presidential material, and should be made to pay for their many crimes. Hillary has been evil since 1993. Look up her crimes, they are public information. She is for bringing in 65,000 more Illegals, and open borders. She will end America as we knew it.

I often wonder, "Does anyone hear ANYONE?"

It seems very unlikely, because "everyone" spends ALL his time TALKING. I see little or no evidence that "anyone" really LISTENS, do you?

  42. You'll like this one FreeThinke,

If the religionist wing of conservatism is futile, the secular one is, perhaps, worse. The religionists preach the morality of altruism, knowing that the liberals and the extreme left are its much more consistent practitioners, but hoping—since consistency is a requirement of reason, not of faith—that a miracle will wipe out that fact. The secular conservatives solve the contradiction by discarding morality altogether, by surrendering it to the enemy and declaring that social-political-economic problems are amoral.

    1. I have never been one of Rand's admirer's. I remember her very well from the time she first burst upon the seen, and thought her a dour, arrogant, heartless, conceited, stone-faced old bitch even back then. My basic opinion has never changed, though I enjoyed The Fountainhead and agree with much of what she said in Atlas Shrugged, despite the granitic, grimly tendentious nature of her prose.

Nevertheless, since I am always willing to give the devil his due I discovered a number of bright pertinent thoughts she expressed with which I could heartily concur. Probably a good example of the Stopped Clock Phenomenon. ]:-}>

    Faith

“Faith” designates blind acceptance of a certain ideational content, acceptance induced by feeling in the absence of evidence or proof.

Do not say that you’re afraid to trust your mind because you know so little. Are you safer in surrendering to mystics and discarding the little that you know? Live and act within the limit of your knowledge and keep expanding it to the limit of your life. Redeem your mind from the hockshops of authority. Accept the fact that you are not omniscient, but playing a zombie will not give you omniscience—that your mind is fallible, but becoming mindless will not make you infallible—that an error made on your own is safer than ten truths accepted on faith, because the first leaves you the means to correct it, but the second destroys your capacity to distinguish truth from error.

The alleged short-cut to knowledge, which is faith, is only a short-circuit destroying the mind.

Faith and force . . . are corollaries: every period of history dominated by mysticism, was a period of statism, of dictatorship, of tyranny.

    2. I appreciate you honesty here FreeThinke. I as you well know find this a very palatable and reasoned part of her Objectivist philosophy.

I was highly moved when I read her Anthem in 9th grade and became a fan of her individualism and belief in the "free market".

There is not much, if anything I have not read of Ayn Rand's work. My views on her strident Objectivism has changed some. While I continue to find great value in some of her views I also recognize many need modification if they were ever to succeed in the 21st century and beyond, given modern realities.

Or is it simply that knowledge is infinite and the more science learns the greater the possibilities become and the more we earn how little we actually know?

Take NOTHING as gospel and question EVERYTHING.

I believe it was Thomas Jefferson who said question even the existence of God.

  50. TRUMP IS A RACIST.! There is NO doubt about it.
Trump has doubled down on his accusations against an American judge of Mexican heritage, insisting that Judge Curiel could not give Trump a fair hearing nor could an American judge of Muslim heritage nor a female judge.

(No one has asked Trump if an American judge of German or Scottish heritage could be impartial.)

Trump doesn't sound like a presidential candidate, he sounds like a menacing capo di capo from a mafia organization.

Lindsey Graham, who said Trump was the least qualified candidate to ever seek the GOP nomination (and who later endorsed this unqualified candidate), has now reversed himself again and was Right!
