Never said you did need one but a lot of the "gun control" addicts have no clue what an assault rifle is. An assault rifle is an automatic and you can get one with a special permit. Never said you did need one but a lot of the "gun control" addicts have no clue what an assault rifle is. An assault rifle is an automatic and you can get one with a special permit. None of the mass shootings were automatics.

I am unsure why someone needs a high capacity clip but as far as the shape of a rifle goes they can all be deadly in certain hands but so can a pressure cooker.

AND it is also pure bullshit to say that there exists this big gun-show loophole in which gang-bangers, drug-dealers, and other criminals can purchase weapons and ammo en masse without a background check in that ALL licensed dealers must demand one prior to a sale - EVEN AT A GUN-SHOW!!
